Shipping Policy

We are thrilled to get your order to you! We provide free standard shipping to most countries worldwide.

Order Status

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Shipping Notification email containing your tracking number and a link to check the order status. You can also track your order by visiting your account page. If you did not receive an email confirmation for your order, kindly check your spam folder.

Please note that there might be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress due to our departure from the shipping point to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points.


Order Processing Time

After your order has been paid for, our warehouse requires 1-5 business days to process it (except for pre-sale items). We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped. Please be aware that the shipping time provided below does not include the processing time.

  • GB: 8 - 12
  • South America, Africa, and Asia: Average delivery time of 15 to 25 days.


Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not included when calculating delivery times.


Estimated Arrival Time To You = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time


Kindly note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and non-continental Europe (including islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries) due to our carrier's inability to ensure safe delivery to those addresses. We aim to avoid the frustration of lost packages.


Order Address Error

In the event of an order address error, please contact our customer service at immediately to request a change before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be altered.


Lost Parcels

If you have not received your parcel within 14 business days after being notified of its shipment (and receiving the tracking link), and there are no further updates on your tracking link, please contact us at We will initiate an investigation with the courier, which may take up to 15 business days. After this period, you will either receive the item or a refund.


Parcels Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking link indicates that your parcel has been delivered to the provided address, but you have not received it:

  • Check with other residents at your address to see if they picked up the package or refused delivery.
  • For apartment buildings with concierge service, inquire if the package is with the concierge. Alternatively, check with your neighbors to see if the parcel was delivered to the wrong address.

If the issue persists, please contact us at, and we will start an investigation with the courier, which may take up to 15 business days.

Please note that Norrett cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property if the proof of delivery provided by the couriers states that the parcel has been correctly delivered at the given address.


Customs Duties

Our shipments from all warehouses are delivered duty unpaid. This means that any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Customers are responsible for paying these charges. In case of return shipments, customers are liable for all costs incurred, including customs charges and handling fees, if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please be aware that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
